Terms and Conditions for Nido Príncipe Pío Hotel

These terms (“Terms”) apply between the person making a booking (“You/Your”) and Nido Príncipe Pío Madrid S.L.(“We/Us/Our”), having TAX ID B67779843, whose registered office is located at Calle Serrano 41, 4ª planta, 28001 Madrid. By making a booking, You agree to comply with these Terms and you guarantee that You and other persons / guests on Your booking (“Guests”)  will comply with these terms as well. The document outlines the conditions for room bookings and related services. Governed by the laws of Spain, it applies to all reservations.

1. Booking and Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once a valid payment method is provided, and payment is processed. A confirmation email detailing your booking will be sent. We require a full payment or a deposit as specified at the time of booking. Upon confirmation, a reservation number will be issued, which must be referenced in all related communication.

2. Minimum Age and ID Requirements

  • Age Limit: Guests must be at least 18 years old to stay.
  • Identification: Valid ID must be presented at check-in.

3. Occupancy and Room Allocation

  • Occupancy Policy: Room occupancy must match the details in your booking. Exceeding the occupancy limit may lead to extra charges or reservation cancellation.
  • Room Allocation: We may change room allocations, including upgrades or reassignments due to availability.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In: From 3 PM. Online check-in instructions will be sent for a smoother process.
  • Check-Out: By 11 AM.
  • Late Check-In: Notify us if you expect to arrive late; otherwise, your booking may be cancelled, and fees may apply.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments: Full payment or deposits must be made according to the schedule. Unpaid balances must be settled upon check-out. Declined cards may result in booking cancellations.
  • Extras: Additional services (e.g., parking) should be paid in advance.

6. Cancellation and Amendments

  • Cancellation Policy: The policy varies by booking type. Refundable rates allow cancellations up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund. Non-refundable bookings or late cancellations are charged in full.
  • No Shows: No refunds for failure to arrive.
  • Amendments: Subject to availability and may affect prices.

7. Pricing and Errors

  • Price Details: Quoted prices include applicable taxes. Added extras and taxes may increase the total.
  • Errors: In case of a pricing error, We will notify You and refund any amount paid without liability.

8. Facilities and Services

  • Breakfast: Not included as standard, please see booking confirmation for board basis.
  • Room Cleaning: Sheets and towels are refreshed every two nights. Additional changes are available for a fee.
  • Smoking: The hotel is non-smoking except in designated areas. Smoking in rooms, including on private terraces, will incur a fine of €250.
  • No Pets: Pets are not allowed.

9. Liability and Security

  • Damages: Guests are responsible and liable for any and all damages to the hotel and/or third parties incurred during their stay and which are a direct or indirect result of their acts and/or omissions and may be charged.
  • Personal Property: We are not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items (including vehicles). Secure your valuables.
  • General Liability: Except for cases involving our gross negligence resulting in injury or death of a Guest, Our liability is limited to the booking amount.
  • Indemnification: You indemnify Us against any claim, however named, filed against Us if and insofar this claim has any connection in the broadest sense with the acts and/or omissions of Guests on Your booking

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and may be shared with third-party suppliers for booking management. Contact Us to review the privacy policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
